Returns/Refunds

Double check the details of your order before completing your order. All sales are final. If Pet Memorial Stones.com makes a mistake on your order, you will receive a replacement stone or refund. Just call and talk to us!

Shipping

All orders are shipped out on the next business day. If you want to see how soon the stone will arrive, please login to your account and open your order. Then click on “Estimated Shipping Duration”.

Rosette Assembly Instructions

We’ll supply the glue, you glue the rosette to your pet memorial stone. Simply apply a bead of glue following the marked line. Easy!

Cleaning

Pet memorial stones can be washed with water and a mild detergent and scrub brush, then rinsed with water.
